I have no idea why but for some reason ESPN has decided that they do not want anyone in Central Arkansas to be able to watch the UCA / Ole Miss Football game this weekend. They have completely blacked out the game on PPV (Pay Per View) and ESPN3. My question to you guys is this: What kind of politics are at play for them to turn down the opportunity to generate revenue from Pay Per View sales from thousands of potential subscribers in Central Arkansas?
My next question is this: What can we do to let this media conglomerate know that they we think their decision sucks? Given the fact that we only have a short period of time to get our message to ESPN I’d say we need to launch a pretty aggressive social media campaign by hitting them on Twitter. If this doesn’t work I suggest we erect a billboard on your way into Conway that says ESPN Sucks! You can take action now and retweet the tweet below:

@cottonr we have learned from ESPN that the UCA/Ole Miss game will be blacked out for our region on both ESPN3 and the GamePlan PPV.
